Product Introduction

This is an innovative anti-rust storage case,  materials: paulownia wood .

Features:

• Long-term protection for Japanese knives against rust.

Paulownia Wood Box:

• Made using Japanese woodworking techniques, with gold leaf decoration.
• Premium paulownia wood material, which blocks external moisture, and the cotton cloth bag protects the knife blade.

Usage Instructions (for Paulownia Wood Box )

1. Prepare the Knife:
   • Before use, sharpen the knife (remove any rust).
   • After use, wash the knife with water and dry it thoroughly.
2. Store the Knife:
   • Place the knife between the cotton cloth bag containing the “Rapura 2 Kun” anti-rust cleaning agent.
   • Ensure the plain side of the cloth (for the Paulownia box)  is inside and closely adheres to the knife blade without gaps.
   • If the powder inside the bag is unevenly distributed, smooth it out to ensure even contact with the knife blade.
3. Seal the Case:
   • Close the lid of the Paulownia wood box.
4. Reuse:
   • When reusing the knife, rinse it with water before use.
5. Regular Inspection:
   • Inspect the knife blade every 1-2 months. If black spots or rust appear, remove the rust before use.

Important Notes:

• This product has been validated through 10 years of company testing, but results may vary depending on usage conditions. It does not guarantee complete rust prevention.
• Unless exposed to high temperatures (above 60℃) or submerged in water, the anti-rust agent can last 1-3 years with normal use. Please replace the anti-rust agent regularly.
• The “Rapura 2 Kun” anti-rust cleaning agent can be purchased in 500g PE cans, offering strong cleaning capabilities for removing stubborn stains from cloth.
• If the anti-rust agent (Rapura 2 Kun) inside the bag hardens, crush it into smaller pieces before use.
